I got the 12" but lost about 3-4" to some non eatable bread. I got to the register to pay. I had $15 in my hand thinking this should cover it... NOPE! $21.60 for a 12" cold sub and a drink... ouch! Way over priced. Never again. Now I know why I haven't stopped in. Seriously, a steak at Texas Roadhouse is cheaper.
