The ice cream is great the place has friendly customer service. The hamburger meat taste strange, I don't know what kind of meat that is so I will pass on the burgers. Besides that the restaurant is clean and great ice cream! read more

This establishment had signed up for a promotion through localflavor.com. I prepurchase this coupon and was tricked to come here because if it were not for the coupon I probably wouldn't eat at a dairy queen. The manager called his boss and asked him and he said that they don't accept it when they are clearly on the website. The thing is, we aren't the first people that this happened to. If they are aware of the problem why not take themselves off the promotion? Scammy shady tactics run by this establishment. read more

I ordered a hot fudge sunday via the drive through. i paid for it. What I got for $4.09 was a fudge Sunday which was melting because they forgot to give it to me. I asked for a spoon-- it was like-do you need a spoon-for a Sunday? The ice cream was leaning on the top because it had melted. I tried to give the lid back. The cashier didn't want the lid back nor did she want to hear my sunday was cold. service is so much better when the owners are there. Drive to Jonesboro. Much better service. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. The manager Sam is the most disgusting individual I have ever encountered. For a service that thrives on good customer service they miss the mark and then some. I have a choice where I spend my money, I will NEVER return to this place. I purchased a local flavor and he rudely told me they would not honor it. I can take that up with LF but, you don't talk or treat customers that way. read more

Despite all the bad reviews which I believe is because people don't say anything until something is done wrong me and my family have been going to this Dairy Queen for about a year now and they have never messed up our order in person or on DoorDash... they serve the best ice cream and they get you in and then out which is what I prefer definitely coming back waiting on my door dash right now lol read more

This might be the most incompetent, least knowledgeable, unfriendly, rude Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The staff had no idea what was in some of the blizzards. The food was not very good and they were annoyed by my coupons. We brought our family of 6 here. Our kids 6 yrs, 3 yrs, 22 months, and newborn were very well-behaved. The baby never even cried. We didnt leave a mess, they didn't run around like crazies, they ate their dinner quietly but for some reason, we were a great bother to the employees. My husband left with the older three and I was cleaning up our tables. He didn't see that I was still there and as my family walked out the door, he very angrily said "Just go home already!!!" We will NEVER be back to this Dairy Queen again. read more

No malt!? Seriously!? You are Dairy Queen. You should be ashamed. That is a classic DQ ingredient.

Pleasant cashier but must be new. Ordered two "small" strawberry sundaes with walnut topping. I was charged $16.35....... way too much for amount received. When I questioned the charges, the response was weak and made no sense. Sad for me, because I believe Dairy Queen serves the best ice cream. read more

Expect to wait forever if using a coupon. Took my daughter to this dq I had a coupon and the associate had to get th manager to override the price. The manager came over and kept staring at me as she look through a list of used coupons dating back to may. Very upsetting and unprofessional the ice cream melted because of her. I will not be going back to this one. read more
