To the employee at 10:32pm on 10/24/25 with two piggy tails in her hair that it was decided to call a customers order "weird" . First of the was rude and disrespectful. It doesn't matter what a customer (I) wants and no one in this store has had a problem making my order until tonight. Next management let teach these kids how to be respectful to your customers maybe even shut them down when they are being disrespectful and you clearly hear it... very disappointing! A quick drivethrough visit makes a place easy for a quick bite. Though, the roads nearby are clutter with orange cones for construction that I was not seeing. The actual service was pretty quick and made sure the ice cream we ordered was ice-ice cold. Instant brainfreezes are a eeal way to go, cannot tell me otherwise! Update review: Same issues. Different visit. Here is a picture of "toast" and fries. It's the same thing every time at this location. Chicken is fine when they get the amount correct. Fries are very under cooked and they only give you two bites. Toast is soggy butter bread. We always ask for extra gravy because each time they give you about two dips worth of gravy in each cup. So disappointing and such a waste of money coming here. read more

This DQ always seems to be busy and I know everyone is short staffed right now but I did a online- walk-in pick up order and none of it was right. The blizzards barely had any candy filling added, they were pretty much just ice cream. The sundae was supposed to be a medium but it was definitely a small. Its usually pretty busy at this location. They mess up here and there and that doesn't bother me but today was enough. My husband goes through the drive thru and gets a brownie dough blizzard with peanut butter. He gets to the window and knows they didnt put peanut butter in there (something they mess up all the time). So they add it and he brings it home and it literally has NO BROWNIES!!! LOVE our local DQ! Yes there is often a line inside and out but for good reason. The staff are friendly and efficient. I honestly cannot think of an issue I have had at this location. The old one had some issues/concerns but when it closed and the new one was built things have improved immensely! Our DQ hires our local teenagers, many for their first job and helps to train employees for even other DQ's. Hmmm now I want a blizzard....oh and a large ice water! I am new to the area, so this was my first visit to this DQ. I was not disappointed with my visit. My husband and I split a 4-piece chicken strip basket and ordered two caramel sundaes. The chicken was perfect, the Texas toast is what I expected it to be, and the fries were good. The sundaes were loaded with caramel. Many DQ restaurants I've visited often skimp on the caramel, but not this one! The place was packed inside and there was a long line at the drive-thru, but they were moving people through the line quickly and surprisingly, our order came out quickly too. (We stopped here mid-afternoon on Memorial Day.) Our cashier was amazing! Super friendly, and later she worked hard at cleaning tables in the lobby while checking on guests and wishing them safe travels as they left the restaurant. Restaurant and rest rooms were super clean, too. All in all, we will definitely be back to this DQ. read more

Dairy Queen is always been one of my favorite places to get a dipped Cone considering they're like one of the only places to get the cone, especially cherry flavor. So today I worked really hard and decided to reward myself with a nice dipped cone and I drive all the way into town order my dip cone and she hands me my dipped cone the first time and it was so sad it was flat short and ugly. I know I ordered a small but dang this was micro. I gave her the look like really and then she said would you like me to make another one and I said yes please. As I'm waiting for my second attempt for an ice cream that dipped to come out I get the second one which I ordered which was chocolate and it to looks very sad. The woman at the window bring me my dipped cone and it didn't look any different and it wasn't even fully covered in the dip. She did try to apologize saying that they were training people and that's why the first one looks so sad. Love this new DQ. I'm not a fan of the burgers and fries like I thought I would be but their blizzards are the best!

I often ask why am I going here again? Order blizzards and barely get a flurry. Hardly any blizzard in the ice cream. If I wanted a cup of soft serve I would have ordered it. So then I order with extra candy and get the same amount as the first. When I talk to the manager I get a severe attitude and many of her crew is the same. They don't do anything to try and make your experience pleasurable at all. Have they forgotten that people go have an ice cream for some type of a celebration and it should be a great experience. Manager made an excuse that "they are a certified training store" as an excuse. I don't know what they are training but it's not a great product or experience. With managing restaurants most of my life let's say you can teach all you want but execution is what will make you great read more

Went to DQ for our blizzards tonigh. i have know Idea who the boy was working the drive through, but he was one rude dude, I ordered my blizzard the way I wanted it, and he argued like we were stupid. I want what I want. Well anyway, got home and of course my blizzard wasn't what I ordered, if I didn't order it the way he wanted to make than I didn't get what I want. I guess he won. I'll stick to Good Times Spoon Benders. They give you what you order, and are very nice about it. Thats to bad, because we like DQ. we spend a lot money on dinners and blizzards. Ok, this has happened 2x now and had to update my previous review. The line are long and they make many many mistakes. $4 for a large chocolate cone and it looked like a little child's cone. OMG! And they would not fix it. I stood there and made a comment that I should just throw it in the trash and they gave me this strange look (that's right ..you messed up my order again). I love the ice cream just hate the service I was buying a Carmel blizzard and they gave me a banana split. That's not at all what I ordered! I hate it when they mess it up. If they mess it up when your there ask for the right one and then when they ask for cash say you lost my ice cream is lost your cash and walk away. Hope this helps! LOL read more

I have visited this location twice. The first time they forgot part of our order. the next day went back and order 20.00 worth of Ice cream. It took me 2 mins to drive home and by that time our Blizzards were milk. I called the store and spoke to the so called manager Sam. She was very rude and could care less. I called back asked for the owner and spoke to another so called manager Amanda and the same response. with in two days this place received 50.00 of my money and they will not be getting any further business from me. read more
