Don't bother going to this store....go to DAIRY QUEEN!! My husband and I went for a last minute treat before the weekend was over last night. We got there 10 minutes before closing and were turned away; said they can not serve past a certain time and we were too late. We tried to state that we were there before closing time and the person talking to us said that it didn't matter. Too late at 10 minutes to closing? Why post hours of operation if you're not going to actually serve potential customers during those hours? Horrible customer service, horrible way to talk to customers! Who cares if it is cold outside! If your sweet tooth is acting up come swing by this cold stone creamery. The service was great, the ice cream was even better. My kids all loved the flavors that they picked. This store is right across the street from the movie theaters and there are several great restaurants nearby. So all in all a great place to go if you are looking for some great ice cream. read more

This Cold Stone is THE WORST!!! They were good once but they have gone downhill, especially if you use their online ordering. My husband and I have ordered multiple times in the last couple weeks just hoping to get our order right...with no luck. We don't have a complicated order....please tell me how it can be screwed up so many different ways. I finally complained and a manager called me and was very nice and said he has a lot of young new kids and told me he'd refund my recent order...he did not. Tonight we tried one more time and mine was AWFUL!!! Not only was it completely wrong but it tasted terrible! Even my husband agreed it was not worth eating. From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by the friendly smiling face to the minute you leave with a belly full tasty treats you feel that small town love. This place has become a community staple and my family and I enjoy stopping in whether it be after a movie or on a warm summer evening. Cold Stone is always clean and well run. Their staff is friendly and the ice cream is delicious, well unless you have them smash in gummy bears like my children like to do. My go to is the Founders Favorite. Sweet Cream Ice Cream with Pecans, Brownie, Fudge and Caramel. It pretty much doesn't get any better than that. read more

Usually have great service. Today experienced what was likely a new employee without proper training and an apparently too complex of a request (straight from the menu). They basically put a cookie in the bottom (warmed), a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and topped it with whipped cream - totally unmixed. Normally I love visiting a Cold Stone. I think it's just the staff at this location that is ruining the experience for me. Walked in to 3 Gen Z brats who don't even know how to welcome a customer. The girl mixed the ice cream and contents so much that it was pretty much cheesecake milk with strawberries. The watermelon sorbet tasted like an old popsicle. Yuck all of their ice cream is so bland, no flavor at all, last time I got strawberry and had to have them add strawberries so it might actually taste like strawberry and they only added 3 small berries, such a rip off! I went with my kids and the lady that works there DEBBY was very rude and unprofessional. I felt Discriminated. She was very nice and friendly to the ladies that where in front of me which where AMERICANS and then when it was my turn to order she just walked away to the back.
