I understand that restaurants have set hours, but telling customers you do not care after they patiently waited in line before the cutoff is incredibly rude and inappropriate. A heads up to those waiting would have saved our families the time and frustration. The way this was handled was unacceptable and ruined our family dinner and dessert plans.

We called ahead to make sure they were open. It would have been a bummer otherwise. When we went up to the counter to order, we said we were the Pittsburgh people who called. They were excited to see us. There were a lot of ice cream options. We sat under the patio v. at the tables in the sun. If a customer asks you if it can be made in a regular cup for less money, don't act like you are reinventing the wheel. Anyways, the young woman at the counter was very snooty. Her attitude needs an adjustment. Also, I told her to keep the change for a tip, and she gave me the change back anyway ... who does that?
