On May 9th, I went to the drive through and I ordered a 4 piece tenders w/ warm gravy and a side of onion rings (the total was $14.00). Thats WITHOUT a drink included. I was contemplating to myself that I should had, just went home and made my own BLT sandwich or something. However, (once I looked inside of my DQ box meal) resembling a shoebox keep in mind, the amount of food that I received was a SLAP to my stomach and wallet. I received scraps!!!! EVERYTHING was cold!!! The Mickey Mouse house staff are LAZY, inconsiderate and disrespectful for playing with my $14.00 order. The cup of "warm" gravy was just the amount of a shot glass. BUTTE fast food restaurants are a JOKE! They are hiring ANYONE behind the microwave to cook your meals. If you are going to DAIRY QUEEN a.k.a DIRTY QUEENS, expect a shoebox with crumbs inside. The economy Is too bad to be playing with people's wallets and stomachs. They should be arrested immediately! Taken to the food police and get educated about fast food manners. We filled out survey which said ,Enjoy a free dilly bar on us. We went and ordered 2 for $5 drinks and dilly bar. And our free dilly bar. We were in there at 3:55pm . 2pm to five is happy hour. We did not get our drinks for that price. We called and ask why we did not get the happy hour price for our drinks. The crew member that answered the phone didn't know. She was told that we do not get the free dilly bar promotion and the happy hour promotion at the same time. On the receipt again it says Enjoy a free dilly bar on us . It dose not say anything about getting that and not getting drinks at happy hours prices for drinks. There is some poor communication going on! We wasn't told by the crew member at the window, which if they are not told by management then they haven't been trained right. Also there is nothing on the receipt say that you can't get the happy hour prices and free dilly bar promotion. There need to be better communication to develop good customer relationships. read more

Didn't get food. The cook with dark hair and I'm gonna say it hispanic female about 7:40pm decided that dropping fresh food was an issue and threw it in the fryer like a child. Never go there again. Beware. read more

We stopped at the Dairy Queen on Harrison Ave in butte mt a large group of employees standing in the kitchen laughing and joking around all tables where dirty we had to wipe one off to use it. we ordered banana splits they didn't have bananas so we had to go back and reorder which was a problem because the young man was surprised that we asked for the remainder of the money since our sundaes where a little over 2 dollars each cheaper we paid for a medium Sundae and fat a small one we will not be back what a disappointment read more

Ordered the chicken strip basket with onion rings and fries. Order was $10.80. Came with 3 tiny chicken strips, 3 onion rings and 15 French fries. The container of dipping sauce was bigger than the chicken strips. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

I went through the drive through to grab some food for me and my kids. The young girl who greeted us, dezzi/Desiree was impolite, as well as impatient with me. I ordered the chicken strip basket for my kids to share, and one for myself. I waited forever in line only for her to come out with a snarky attitude towards me with sighs and eye rolls. She tossed me our food and low and behold it was cold. To be honest I didn't even eat it. Her attitude and actions led me to just throw it all away instead. I'd rather drive all the way down to any other fast food place and order there rather than to come back and put up with such a rotten person. It upsets me to see how the bar has gotten so low to the point where good places hire horrible people such as her. read more

Worst Dairy Queen ever. Slow. Bad customer service. They have a picture of chicken strips and gravy on their menu (as exists at many other DQs throughout the country). I requested gravy for my fries (with my burger). They claimed they had no gravy. I insisted they had gravy, pointing at the picture. They said it was ranch. It was not ranch! I thought they were trolling me. The manager also insisted they had no gravy and that the picture was ranch. The burger was disappointing too. I should've gone to Jimmy John's. read more

Building is tragically dated, reminiscent of a run down 80's diner. Doesn't appear to have a conventional queue system for orders. Your order is called out piecemeal. Blizzard was closer to a soupy consistency. - Never again read more

I love this place!! I visit at least a few times per year. I spoke with a cook there named Tristan S. What a nice young man. The food was great and he was very friendly and professional!! I will definitely go back. I look forward to seeing him again. read more

I waited in the drive-through line for about a minute before my order was taken and then I waited behind the car in front of me for about 6 minutes before they got their food then It was 3 minutes at the window before I even got my drink and they charged me and then another 10 before I got my food. There was 5 employees just sitting back there talking and laughing and when I'd make eye contact with one of them they would quickly look away. When I finally got my food the guy shoved it into my hand. Very rude and very slow. read more

When passing through Butte on a recent trip, I stopped in at Dairy Queen for some food. There was a young man, I think he was the cook, who was so sweet and kind. His name was Tristan. Great service!
