Within a month of purchasing the items, the pants ripped after just one wear. I emailed my purchase receipt and pictures to the email listed on 26 January 2024, and I received a response that there was nothing that could be done with regards to the warranty because it was not a fault of the manufacturer. They even suggested that the tear was somehow our fault and "the result of an accident, or the product catching on something like the foot peg"! There was no accident, nor did the pants catch on anything. Simply putting on the pants caused a rip, which should not happen to properly made items.
I stand by my original review that I received great service in-store, but this item is poorly made or likely dry rot, and considering the purchase is still within the 30-day window, the warranty should cover it. Instead, they suggest I reach out to repair shop, then spend more money to get it repaired. read more
