Quickly greeted by the staff and plenty of drink options. My husband and I are mocha fans so it was an easy choice for us although there are so many options here. As we waited on our drinks, I walked around and fell in love with the nostalgic pieces in this place. After admiring all these wonderful news clippings, cups, and the wonder ambiance, I found my place near the window with the warm sun and my favorite - a puzzle. Mocha was perfectly sweetened, nice smooth flavor, and just the right amount of foam. Overall a fabulous experience and will certainly be back next time I'm in GR.

Went in about 1:30pm and picked out 8 donuts and 6 kolaches. Price was $35!! So they didn't have any of the donuts I liked. So choice what I could deal with. All the donuts were those light airy glazed donut type. 3 bits and they are gone, and you feel like you didn't eat anything. I wanted Apple fritters and chocolate dipped buttermilk donuts. So all the donuts were just plain tasting. Nothing fancy. I can get same quality from the grocery store. Their cinnamon rolls were a joke. Hardly any cinnamon inside. Just like eating a flattened bread roll with sugar on top. Actually they were some of the most boring cinnamon rolls I have ever had. The kolaches however were good. Still I would never drop money like that for these again.

The first time I went and asked for a latte with one pump of caramel the girls laughed at me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Interesting. Both times I walked in I didn't feel welcome . No smiling just annoyed looks from staff that there are customers there. Coffee shops serve a purpose for me . To get out of the house treat myself and maybe have a small conversation with a barista. You can't find that here. I brought my boyfriend to see what he thought. He got a turkey tomato salami panini and it took 15 min . 15 min is fine to wait but the sandwich just wasn't good. No sauce and the meat was icey cold he said. I think this whole place has a fun theme and great decor but I think they have a couple things to work on. I liked that the prices were affordable. I think this place would be great with a few tweaks.

As you walk around there's a small table with about 20 different infused olive oils and vinegars with small piece of bread for guests to sample as you wait. I tried the bourbon balsamic vinegar and the green chile olive oil and was impressed. Had I not been here on business I would have bought a bottle. I ordered the classic Italian. The sandwich used focaccia bread which is already a huge plus. Simple cold cuts and a tasty spicy mayo make for a delightful and light sandwich. In such a small town, a place like this is world class. You could put it anywhere in the country and they'd fit right in. They sell raw milk and meats from a local rancher which I thought was cool. Apologies for the lack of photos but as I said I was here on business and didn't have the usual time though the place was too good for me not to review. If you're in the area you have to come here for lunch.
