He comes in with about 4 helpers and they are done in an hour (3 br/2 bath 1700 sq. ft home) -- I usually tip about $20 so that it can be divided amongst the helpers. But they do a great job. On the new date, we were given a 10-12 window, then told the day-of they wouldn't arrive until 12:30. When questioned, they tried to claim a different time window had been given. We were quoted 3.5 hours for a move-out clean in an empty house, but after only 1.5 hours they said it would take 6 hours. At that point, two cleaners had only completed two bathroom sinks and part of a tub. They also refused to complete some agreed-upon tasks without a clear reason. We ultimately asked them to leave. Poor communication, inaccurate estimates, and minimal work completed. Would not recommend.
