My mom is older, and has been unable to really work on her house since she bought it last year, and was very stressed. The team quickly responded to my request for help, and agreed to doing it the next day! They set a time, of which they showed up precicely, and ended up working for about 6 hours. Not being there was a bit stressful, but this team communicated with me constantly, and even set a whole photo set of pictures when they were done! I called my mom and she was almost in tears. She said her house is so clean it truly feels like a home. Thank you to the K&L team for taking care of such an important job with almost no notice, and more importantly thank you for treating my mom so nicely and making her feel special. Not only did they do their normal cleaning, but my mom said they did so much to help her home get organized and ready. I couldn't recommend this company enough! They've earned my business in the future, and I truly hope anyone reading this gives this very special company a chance. I know they will not let you down! A++++++++

Maria did a walk-through of our house with me initially to help determine a fair price for our initial deep clean and then maintenance cleans every 2 weeks. Obviously there's a certain level of trust involved in giving someone access to your house, especially if you're not home, but since we've been customers, we've never had a single issue or cause for concern. Maria's communication and organization are certainly strengths, and the two workers who come to our house each time are reliable, consistent, friendly, and efficient. I don't think we've ever had an occasion when our cleaners didn't show up on the day we expected or had to cancel on us. Maria has been able to accommodate our occasional requests to change from our usual day of the week in cases of travel or holidays. Without hesitation, I recommend Franco's Cleaning Service to friends and neighbors and appreciate the work they do to help our family!

It would have taken longer so I let it slide. He also charged me $150 for the use of the truck which I found really odd because I have never paid to use a moving truck before when hiring a moving company. I asked google if you pay to use a moving truck when hiring a moving company and google said NO. He mentioned it in the text quote but I didn't really think about it at the time and the he never mentioned a price and the the price is also not mentioned on the final bill. When I questioned him about it later he added gas and mileage which was not originally quoted. They also dropped a $600 mirror in front of and I was worried it got chipped. After we got to my house his worker said he inspected it and said it wasn't chipped. There was a lot going on so I didn't check myself. A few days later I was standing by the mirror and looked at the corner and there is definitely a chip so I texted him and said the mirror is chipped on the corner and the worker must have seen it. He made an excuse about the stairs being narrow at my complex. I said no you dropped it right in front of me and you were holding one side of it when he dropped it. He didn't apologize or take accountably at all and at that point I realized I was dealing with some with not a lot of integrity so I stopped texting with him. I have been struggling with this because he was referred by my real estate agent who I have a great relationship with and so I passed on that trust to him and I feel like he took complete advantage of me. That is my own fault and so at this point I am just here to warn others to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.
