It's also one of the few places on Charles St you can just get a wearable, simple piece of high quality that's still young and fresh. Where good was minimalist and only sold the Hamptons palette of white/gray/navy, Ouimillie takes a much more bold approach. Their clothing is so unique that at first, I thought it was all vintage. But no! It's a carefully curated collection of French, German, and Danish designers. From dip dyed tshirt dresses to sleek white blazers to cool girl jeans, they've got a little bit of everything. Prices are in line with what'd you expect from a boutique in Beacon Hill selling obscure designer brands, in the neighborhood of $200/blouse. Expensive? Yes. But not out of line with comps and their stuff is all really unique. I told her 3 times I didn't want to try anything on yet and found myself making excuses, like I have that color already. She continued to push the merchandise saying things like "you'd look great in this color", etc. She was so aggressive that all she made me do was finally bolt from the store. Like really lady- you can't force people to part with hundreds of dollars for a sweater unless they want to. I might have made a purchase if she wasn't so horrible.
