They able to get our car in right away, diagnose the problem--a faulty sensor, get the part from another location, fix the issue, and get us back on the road in just over two hours. The let us use their tools and he gave us a new battery (of course we paid of it) and replaced the dead battery and the car started right up. We went back and returned the tools and thanked the owner, who told us he could not change the battery in the car off premises for legal reasons.
