Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the work and prompt follow up with our credit union, and we were delighted with how friendly and courteous they were throughout the process. Doug showed up to perform the appraisal, he was on time, extremely polite and professional . He was also very patient and thorough with his work - - evaluating the entire home and structure from top to bottom diligently looking for anything relevant and newsworthy. Even though some areas of the home (i.e. basement and extra bedrooms) contained clutter since we were in the middle of (a very long and ongoing) cleaning and organizing project, Doug never complained. He remained patient and was very cognoscente and respectful of the surroundings while staying focused and productive during the assessment. When Doug finished he carefully explained the next steps of the process and assured us that he would fill out the necessary paperwork and contact the credit union immediately to get the process moving forward. Needless to say he fulfilled his promise as there were no delays. We were extremely pleased with Doug's competence and professional demeanor, he's a gentleman who enjoys his work and prides himself on providing top notch quality service. Last year they did a remodel and now it's got fancy machines, trendy tables to fold your clothes on and cards to put your money on to use the machines. This is handy for them because they can keep your money on their system and if you lose the card, your money is gone. They used to have a quarter machine onsite for ease of using machines but that is over. Anyway- pros: lots of new washers and dryers. Cons: the machines leave the clothing super wet. Also- are living in a pandemic. I've watched the kid working here take his mask off to talk to customers more than I've seen him have the thing on his actual face. There are signs on all the doors and around the building saying masks are mandatory and to please take your laundry home to fold and to wait in your car. But here I am, freezing my ass off in my car while I watch three men with no masks talk to the prepubescent attendant in a douchebag adidas beanie and his mask around his chin. I'll be looking for a new laundry mat.

Apart from how friendly and kind they were, even bringing the chairs in and out of the car; the most impressive thing was when the owner said that she didn't think the chair was worth recovering!
