I'm a very detail-oriented person and she personally sent me her 5+ page planning document. I was so impressed and it was one of the many reasons showing me we picked the right caterer! 2) I asked for a diverse range of menu items -- and we had so much trouble narrowing it down because all of the options were so thoughtful and delicious! Jordan provided multiple options for many cuisines, including Asian, Italian, American and Pittsburgh-specific cuisine. We were blown away by not only that, but how flexible Jordan was with letting us pick several entree choices! 3) THE FOOD. Ugh, I'm still daydreaming about the food! It was SO GOOD. My husband absolutely devoured his meal and he is usually very picky about what he defines as a great steak -- he was STOKED. And we got so many compliments from wedding guests! 4) Jordan came to us once during our reception to check-in, with a huge smile on her face and the best energy. Little did we know, she was dealing with absolute CHAOS behind the scenes. Verbal harassment, no prep spaces (which had been promised via writing) and a whole bunch of food that needed to be prepped. Somehow, her team still managed to serve everyone a high quality meal that people raved about. She was also so considerate and waited to inform me until after we decompressed from the wedding with complete professionalism. Her crisis management deserves a gold star. We requested a full vegan menu with 4 courses and passed appetizers during cocktail hour for 30 people. And wow did they deliver! I am having guests ask me for their recipes and some saying they would consider going vegan if all their meals tasted like this. Our main goal was to serve vegan food to meat eaters and have them not miss the meat. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the way the food turned out. It was a complete success. The service is unmatched. Judy took care of everything and helped with the details that I never would've thought of. I've never planned a wedding before, so it was SO helpful to have her ask more questions ahead of time in order to make sure everything went smoothly. I loved her communication, cheerfulness, and genuine love for what she does. Their serving staff was friendly, helpful, and had a sense of urgency when they were asked for anything.
