We requested a full vegan menu with 4 courses and passed appetizers during cocktail hour for 30 people. And wow did they deliver! I am having guests ask me for their recipes and some saying they would consider going vegan if all their meals tasted like this. Our main goal was to serve vegan food to meat eaters and have them not miss the meat. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the way the food turned out. It was a complete success. The service is unmatched. Judy took care of everything and helped with the details that I never would've thought of. I've never planned a wedding before, so it was SO helpful to have her ask more questions ahead of time in order to make sure everything went smoothly. I loved her communication, cheerfulness, and genuine love for what she does. Their serving staff was friendly, helpful, and had a sense of urgency when they were asked for anything. They were engaged in what they were doing and they seemed happy to be serving us. There isn't a thing I would change about the way Chef Michael's Catering handled our wedding reception. They truly contributed a large part to the happiest night of our lives and I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to work with them.

Our family gathered to celebrate life, good times, and being together, and Edixio and his team helped make the occasion truly special. From the very beginning, Edixio was incredibly helpful and professional. Before the event, he worked with us to create custom-crafted cocktails tailored specifically to our group and provided a detailed shopping list that made planning and preparation completely stress-free. On the day of the party, the bar setup looked absolutely amazing. It was stylish, professional, and became a real focal point of the celebration. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how impressive it looked and how great the drinks were. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the attention to detail really showed. We absolutely loved working with MightyStache and couldn't be happier with the experience. Love, love, love! We'll definitely be booking MightyStache Mobile Bar again for our next party. Highly recommended!

We attended a destination wedding here but were not involved in the planning in any way. From a…read moreguest's perspective, this is an amazing wedding venue. The natural beauty on top of a mountain is inspiring. In October, the fall colors are gorgeous. The actual dining area is a very fancy "pole barn" than can be open or closed. This is a memorable place for a wedding, for sure. My only real complaint is the road into the facility. The "driveway" is about a quarter mile or so. It is unpaved, very steep, and winding. You have to try and maintain some speed going up or your tires will spin and you will lose traction. It was scary. I don't even want to think what would happen if you ran into a car going the other direction, because there is no room to pass.

I contacted her only a few weeks before the wedding date and she guided me through what I needed to do, and was even so kind as to make the most beautiful bouquets for my daughter and I, then return my husband's tux since we were flying back home. She knew exactly where the best photo spots were, and made sure the focus was on us, not her officiating. We got a speeding ticket on the way, her officiant got COVID last minute, and our baby was a nightmare, but she somehow still made our day perfect by doing both the officiating and photography. Absolutely the kindest soul and everything we could have asked for. Not to mention, our photos came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you so much Addy!!!

We wound up buying more alcohol than what was recommended on the shopping list- and I am glad we did because we would have run out of a few liquors (primarily gin/vodka). Also- don't forget to get your permit!! If you are serving alcohol at your wedding there is a permit you have to apply for that can be done fairly quickly but you need two weeks turn around time and if you don't get it in time, you can't serve. Somehow this fell through the cracks for me but we caught it just in time!! Highly recommend. Very professional, great communication, really solid service.
