The accident wasn't my fault and working with Mercury Insurance has been a nightmare, not nearly prompt or fair like their letter suggests.

I recently found that I had a long standing water leak under my house This was found after sensing bad odors throughout my house. I was concerned for my dogs, myself and my home. The AAA team were true professionals from start to finish. My original call was handle with care and appropriate urgency. I was immediately connected to Hailey (senior adjuster) who also escalated my case to Josh (senior property estimator) to pursue coverage approval. Josh took quick action and approved my coverage within a day. Gratefully AAA had lots of experience working with Restorerz (triple A service from them too). In the end negotiations by Marcia/Restorerz were handled professionally and relatively quickly. You see I am recovering from brain surgery, so this was extra stressful and overwhelming for me. Each person I encountered was professional, helpful, kind and patient with me. I will be forever grateful for AAA, Hailey, Josh, Marcia and all involved.

Said my doctor signed paperwork on December 5, so my placard would expire June 5 because "DMV rules." Then she changed it to June 3. My knee replacement surgery is June 3. When I asked for the manager a 50-something man agreed with his employee and offered to "cancel the whole thing and you can go to the DMV!" Cruel, rude, evil. Now I have to rearrange my whole life to redo the whole process in May with a new doctor's note. Do better.

Got connected to a man who claimed to represent Redline, and when asked to confirm if they are a partner of Liberty Mutual and other insurance companies, he said yes and asked whether I was an insurance holder or was looking to be insured. I said I was looking for auto insurance and had a LM quote online, but when wanting to move forward with my quote, it said to call an 800 number... and then when calling that 800 number, it said to get a quote online and didn't connect me with anyone to move forward with purchase. Very circular. I just want some damn insurance. LM must not like new customers that much. I called a local LM branch, which redirected to "Redline Insurance Services", and once I tried to politely communicate all of this to the rep, he hung up on me. I called back, and when I asked again if Redline was a partner agency to Liberty Mutual, he changed his answer to deny that they represent LM, and then before I could respond, he hung up again. He also hung up several more times when I called back. Obviously he's a liar and coward. Wonder who pissed in his cereal this morning. The line says that calls are recorded for quality purposes. I sure hope so with morons like that tarnishing the quality and customer service of your brand so brazenly. If I knew the person's name, I'd blast him here. He's quite lucky. Just nasty and rude for no reason at all.
