I once had a lady drive into me while I was parked, and they only got 1/2 the money back... I think they might have inexpensive rates, so that makes sense, but if you can afford to drive a new vehicle, you probably actually need coverage, then it's probably not worth the trouble or money saved, and it's better to go with someone who will fight for you.
