Very disappointed with the individual scheduling call backs at this shop. Based on the phone call alone attempting to get an estimate of repairs, I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this facility. Unprofessional and incapable of allowing someone to speak and then rudely stating you will not inspect the vehicle before hanging up. I didn't choose this location, the insurance did and told me to have the vehicle inspected. This location refuses to re inspect for an estimate unless you are getting your vehicle worked on by their shop. Don't waste your time here. read more

I called for an estimate. They wanted to know if it was through insurance and asked me to discribe my vehicle's damage. Female said to take pictures of my damage and send to my insurance instead of them doing an estimate because she believes my vehicle is a total loss. I asked if they do free estimates and she said yes but only with the understanding that repair work will be completed with them. If you're looking to compare estimates, dont waste your time with this company. They dont really provide free estimates. They provide estimates only if they are guaranteed the repair job. My car was keyed and it needed to repainted. This was one of the shops my insurance used. The workers are all super friendly from the initial inspection. Since then, they were very responsive and efficient. The office worker,Chelsie, helped me out and was very friendly. She was very accommodating. The company offers services with Enterprise if needed & a shuttle can be provided which was helpful. They made the entire process quick and easy. It can be deviating when people damage your property and dealing with compassionate staff makes a big difference in your day. My car looked back to its new self and I was so relieved having my BMW back. Only downside is probably the $60 storage fee if you're unable to pickup your vehicle in time. But I guess it's reasonable since the shops parking lot is pretty small. read more

I took my car in for a pre inspection at Dads before they could make an appointment for my repair. Everyone there was very helpful and the process was very quick. I wasn't even there for more then five minutes. Later got a call to schedule an appointment for the repair. Dropped my car off on the scheduled date and they called my ride to pick up my rental. Service is a awesome. I loved that they keep u updated all the way thru and your able to keep track with a link that they send you. Ultimately, I really wanted to leave a good review but after receiving my car I realized that there were a couple of items that were missing from my vehicle. I didn't want to jump to conclusions because I thought "maybe if I check at home, it will suddenly appear in a place I least expected it to be." Unfortunately, after picking up my vehicle I had come to a realization that someone who had access inside my vehicle had taken two new Touchland sanitizers, blue Tweezerman and my AirPod Pro (grey cat case) that I had in my armrest next to my driver's seat. I was pretty surprised to find that of all things, my tweezer was missing as I usually keep it in a small pouch in which I found the zipper was open. Surely, I could've taken everything out of my car but I didn't have much time as my appointment was right after I got done with school. The repair in itself was only four days and I had a rental car while the car was in the shop. They had given me updates on my car which I had appreciated. However, I just felt really violated and disappointed after all the good service I got from the ladies at the shop I would come back to my car knowing that I wouldn't have all my belongings that I originally left in their possession. The repair was on the outside of my car, not the inside. So I don't really understand how this person had any business snooping inside a compartment that didn't belong to them. We live in Hawaii and I just thought that we are living in an Aloha state and I wanted to think this establishment has workers that embody customer satisfaction and upholds a high level of INTEGRITY. I don't think you realize that you just lost a customer. I really wanted to leave with a great first experience but sadly the lady whom I spoke to on the phone the day after just decided to become defensive saying, "That's why we tell you guys to take out your valuables." And "I'm not about to accuse my workers of stealing anything!" To me this is a slap to my face. I'm sorry that you didn't think to find a solution to my missing items. I don't want to think bad of this shop but I really was turned off by this kind of attitude and lack of care. There are other shops to consider for future car repairs. I just thought you would know better next time in how you handle situations like this. Also, the "Find my AirPod" feature is still a thing so I mean it's hard not to forget the address of where my AirPod is. As the saying says, "what goes around, comes around." read more

My car sustained damage when a low life hit my parked car in a parking lot, and fled. I have GEICO, and DADS is one of the shops they work with. I had a great experience, from beginning to end. When I took my car to get an estimate, pictures of the damage were taken, and sent to a GEICO adjuster. I then got an estimate the next day. When it was time to get my car repaired, I dropped it off, and then a couple hours later, I got a text from DADS, with a link to a progress bar, kind of like Pizza Hut's tracker. I got frequent text updates, which was cool. When I got my car back, it was good as new, and I am very satisfied with how it turned out. I had my car repaired at dad's auto. They fixed my car in one and a half days when the Geico adjuster stated it would take about four days. When I went to pick up my car, I examined my repairs and realized they missed one portion of my repairs. If they had taken the time to read what the adjuster had addressed on paper, they would not have missed it. They did not apologize for their error. I did not appreciate the hurried approach in fixing my car. I do not recommend them to others. read more

In February, 2023, after reporting to my car insurance company about my Santa Fe's collision with a coward driver of another vehicle, I scheduled an appointment with Dad's to get an estimate and chose Dad's to repair my vehicle.
