Brett, the owner, showed me around and answered any questions I had. He obviously interacted well with the furry ones. UPDATE :My dog came back from Kibler Kennels. I couldn't be more pleased. Brett, the owner, worked with me for three training sessions wherein I learned how to give the correct commands to my trained doggie. I needed the training! I had no idea how to work with Danny Boy. But, Brett was patient even though he had to go over it more with me several times. Now, as far as the dog training goes .....KUDOS. Danny is calm, focused and a pleasure to be with. He has a clear and concise knowledge of what he is supposed to do . And he does it. But not because he is scared or shy. Brett has all the facilities, which are spotless, to put Danny and I through our paces. I highly recommend Kibler Kennels to anyone who wants a sociable pet and all around good companion. I must add that I checked out all training facilities before choosing Brett. I chose him because I got recommendations from several other people that loved him. I can see why. Called Linny's and explained the situation and they were wonderful! They were so understanding and willing to work with us with this emergency. Then our dog sitter called and apologized and said they were home and bring our dog back over. We had to call Linny's and explain and they couldn't have been nicer, saying how happy they were that everything worked out. If you ever have to board your dog, go to Linny's. They really do care.

I understand this logic and I'm totally willing to pay for the holiday weekend, we just felt a bit blindsided. I think it was an honest miscalculation on their part, and like I said my dogs had a great stay where they were cared for, so we would use them again!

They feed your pups remarkably late in the morning so often when we pick them up at 10ish they have not been fed. The owner is over the top crazed about drop offs or pick ups that are not at the scheduled time and cannot tolerate change, so if you live miles away and you can't exactly figure out your time to site you will be chastised and told to not do that. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. It cost too much money to board the pups there and deal with terrible customer service, paying for additional days because of limited pick-up times is too much for me. My boyfriend was coming into town to visit but he has…read morean anxious dog that hasn't met my anxious cat, so we thought it would be best to board him (he's REALLY good at "school") for the weekend while he was in town. His normal place sent him a last minute email that they had accidentally overbooked and he would be waitlisted. By last minute, I mean 30 mins before we were going to leave and drop him off. In a panic, we found Country Acres, who was able to take him last minute. They are incredible kind and patient, despite us getting every piece of information wrong. We knew his pup was in good hands, because all of the handlers we met were so nice and understanding, and at pick up explained he had actually ran out of food in the morning and they supplemented. The facility is extremely well maintained, offers additional services to really make your furry family member feel at home or pampered.
