PLEASE READ - Groomer Warning I'm absolutely heartbroken…read moreand furious. I took my dogs to KD's Wash N Wag the 7th of October and they completely butchered my dogs' grooming--and possibly traumatized one of them. First, they shaved my Pomeranians' tails down to nothing--something we've NEVER done before in their entire lives. That tail fur is part of their identity. For those who don't know it takes a much longer time for Pomeranians to grow back there tail hair and sometime will never come back the correct way. But what's worse is what happened to my sweet dog Blaze. Ever since getting home, he's been terrified, constantly looking back at his behind, hiding, acting like he's scared of being touched. Isolation and won't even interact with the other animals. He has NEVER NEVER NEVER behaved like this before. I'm seriously worried something happened to him while he was there. They also charged a flea treatment fee, even though my dogs haven't had a single flea all year. I checked them thoroughly before AND after the appointment--nothing. So why the extra charge? And now, after trying to get answers--they are ignoring my texts, calls, AND Facebook messages. I just want to know what happened to my dog. He's not okay. FINALLY after taking to measures on Facebook her being the only way to decide to message me. Please share this. People in this town deserve to know where NOT to take their pets. We trust groomers to take care of our babies--not leave them traumatized and broken.

They came to our door; promptly and conveniently as advertised. Bella was spared the trip to the vet/groomer, which she doesn't like; and also usually she is there for the day, which she also doesn't like. She was delivered to our door looking and smelling great, without the evidence of stress she normally experiences at the groomers. I highly recommend this couple; we will definitely use them in the future. Bella is just gorgeous now!!

Not only did they groom his nails, they also cleaned his face and gave him a flea dip. When brushing him she noticed a flea so they gave him another dip. We were shocked that he had fleas as he is on Frontline so she gave us some inside secrets! Their facility was extremely clean and they listened to our needs and concerns. We will be taking Rebel back to them monthly for his spa treatments and I recommend any animal lover do the same. (Oh, I forgot to mention they even found a bandanna large enough to fit is thick neck. He looks adorable and smells great.)

They have great treats and food for your pet and are always willing to explain or give advice when needed. This is the only pet store we go to now! Also we tried a couple groomers in town when I moved here and Denise at the north location is the only one I'll take my boy to! She is very kind and my panda always looks great when she's done. We had some less than stellar experiences with a couple other groomers in town we used before we could get in to see Denise and she is worth the wait. Now I have my pup scheduled with her for the next year. Photo is my panda freshly groomed!

To my pleasant surprise this place charged me just a small amount more, came to my house and had both my Lab and Pompoo groomed in an hour and a half. My Pompoo was in dire need of a grooming so she took a little longer than it would normally for them. They did an amazing job all for what I was paying to wait 4 hours. I will not be using any other groomer! They showed up with their RV and went over what we wanted done and did just that. Very sweet people an treated the dogs special!
