I am beyond disappointed. from May until today 9/16 I have spent over $7000 on this "service"…read more today was the first time that I reached out to the owner Frank. my husband has called 3 times prior to question what exactly weekly service means. everything was overgrown twice now. I get changed almost $1800 when they come to butcher trim the shrubs. when I called today I was called a pain in the ass customer.. I've called once. I was also told that he didn't give a "F" what I pay, trimming is not in my contract.. I pay between $500-$600 a month for maintenance. I don't have a large property. Their maintenance is mowing the front lawn, and blowing out leaves poorly. I called today finally after their team was here for not even 10 min. I wanted to see how we could rectify the situation. I was cursed at a lot, for a while. I never raised my voice. actually I think I handled the very abusive attack from Frank, the owner pretty well inspite of starting to shake, and just crying as I got off the phone in shock that someone could speak to anyone else that way.. no less a customer who has only called once to say I'm dissatisfied with the service. very long story short please save your money, and self respect. if you're looking for mowing, and leaf blowing hire a high school kid. they'll treat you, and your property with a lot more respect I'm terrified to see what they're going to charge me now that I've canceled my "service"

Until recently we had a contract with TM Landscaping to mow our lawn every week. However, in early…read moreNovember the company came onto the property to do a fall clean-up. This is something that was specifically excluded from the contract. When they did the clean-up, they ended up blowing away all the mulch we had carefully put down. In subsequent phone calls and emails we tried to rectify this because the invoice they presented included this work. It also included an amount for lawn-mowing on a particular day which, in fact, had not been done. Sadly, this turned into some ugly phone calls in which my husband was insulted by the owner of the company. We were shocked by this behavior. We have therefore decided to terminate our services with the company.

In today's world it is not often that a contractor takes the time to find the needle in a haystack,…read morebut that is exactly what Renee did. When several of our eight-year-old patio pavers needed replacement she was able to locate exact matches (even though the brand was no longer in business) in Ohio, and worked with her supplier to bring them to New Jersey. In addition, she was punctual, fairly priced and incredibly detail oriented. If that is the kind of contractor you like to work with, I highly recommend this company.

Avoid this company. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish…read more They provided me with a written estimate and scheduled the job, but never showed up. After I contacted them, they apologized and blamed equipment issues, then rescheduled. Unfortunately, they missed the second appointment as well--again without a phone call or any advance notice. Four days later, they reached out with another apology and scheduled a third appointment. Instead of honoring the original contract, they sent me a text saying the job would now cost an additional $2,000, claiming they needed more material. This made no sense because they had already visited my property to take measurements and prepare the original estimate. If additional materials were required, that should have been identified before providing a contract price and scheduling the work. The repeated no-shows, lack of communication, and last-minute price increase demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Knowing this, I figured that having an irrigation system installed wouldn't be easy. I guess I was wrong because All Wet did the job in about a day and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm able to control my sprinklers through my phone so watering is exceptionally easy. The system also compensates the watering schedule using weather and precipitation data so it runs more economically than a system with a simple rain sensor. Getting an appointment is easy. They always arrive promptly and are more than willing to accommodate their customers in any way possible. I'm also planning to use them to do some landscape lighting in the Fall. 5 enthusiastic stars. Much thanks!

We have a pretty decent piece of property and probably hadn't been touched in a good 60 years…read more It's a bilevel with a walkout on the bottom. Very short ceiling under the deck. The space looked like it was beyond help. We interviewed a few companies that do hardscaping, and always with each person, you feel Ike you're talking to a snake oil salesman. Then I met the owners of Tribeca. From the moment I met Nertil, I knew he was incredibly honest and sincere. Even if he were to be the most expensive company (which he wasn't) this was who we were going with. It's a very small, but very productive crew - they were able to lower the ground in the back of the house to give us more of a ceiling. Hot tub placed perfectly - I requested a double sided fireplace (not a fire pit) and the did an incredible job. We can see it from the hot tub, or in seating on the other side. The pavers came out GORGEOUS! So gorgeous that the company that makes them came over for a photo shoot for their catalogue (I'm still waiting for the photos). Tribeca was also able to install an entire L shaped cooking area with a grill, ice maker, sink, fridge etc... of course with the help of our plumber and electrician. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the finished product. ..... make your appointments now for the spring!

I went in looking for a piece of marble for a shower seat I'm building. The lady, who later told me…read moreshe was the owner's mother, was very helpful in showing me all the types of marble, and going through pricing with me. She estimated $180 plus tax. I told her I would email her son to confirm order. I emailed Lucas Olivera the interaction I had with the lady in his showroom and all the details of my needs. He thanked me for my business and sent me an estimate for a little over $200. I didn't mind it much. The estimate also stated "the color I have is pure white quartz." Colors have strange names so I paid no mind and in later emails I always referred to the piece as marble. He ignored my wording and from there on referred to it as "the piece." I asked for pictures to make sure it was what I wanted, but when I realized he was never going to send them I put the order in anyway. I went to pick up the piece to find he had made it from engineered quartz. I hated it. I couldn't take it. He told me he stated quartz, so I looked back on the emails and saw how he had worded it. Thinking it was a simple misunderstanding, I asked if we could do the piece in marble like I've been asking from the very beginning. He emailed me that marble is more expensive and would be $430. What a waste of time! First he makes my order in whatever he wanted ignoring my request, charges me the same amount his mother estimated for marble, and then tries to charge me over double the price. I went to Rockaway Granite and Marble $160.
