RUN AWAY FAST......... These are NOT Professionals…read more I hired these guys to do my pool deck (strip, level, seal). They were nice guys, but their work was poor at most. I expected a crew of two pros to show up with the right tools and make it happen. Instead, Alex showed up with one other person, and basically showed him how to do the process on the spot. Then Alex took off, because he claimed his time was too valuable. While the worker-bee worked hard, he did a poor job of removing the original sealer, and took NO precautions to avoid getting product in my pool... They made a huge mess everywhere...!! I at the end of the day, when I saw the old sealer was still there and said i wasn't happy, Alex said the process would only be about 80% .. meaning this is the best we can do. I didn't accept this, so they made plans to return to do it again... after the second try, it wasn't much better.. So I sent paid them for the stripping job and sent them away.. I have since brought in a new Company who looked at it, and felt the say was as i did about... The new company had a 100% better policy and a 3 year guarantee. They came in and used the proper tools and process as professionals and made my patio look Brand New... which Eddie & Alex said they couldn't do... I'm not sure how Eddie and Alex are getting good reviews because they don't care about quality and getting the job right even though their prices are inline with pros that get it right... I would STAY FAR away from ever using these guys again.. they were a complete waste of money and caused me a lot of work to clean up after them...

I then Received a call my the rep informing me that the quote was a little high given that they used a sub for the work I needed. The quote was 38 a ft to replace a drip edge, making the cost of $5000 for the 145 ft I needed replaced. I was surprised as the rep said this was an easy job and would be done in a day .Since this was above my budget I asked how much to do the front of my house as it was the worst spot, the then quoted me for the 30 ft job $2500 ,what 20% of the footage and half the price of then entire house! I asked why they jumped from $38 a ft to $88 a foot and did not get an ans, I then asked to speak with the owner of which the rep replied you do not get to speak to the owner because I do not like the quote. I called the main office and asked for the owner of which they were reluctant to give me his name. The name is available on line so I did not understand their hesitation. I have been in business for over 35 years and I have Never turned down a request to talk to any of my customers or potential customers . Why would an owner of a business refuse the opportunity to speak to a potential customer? So it has been a week since my request and zero response from the owner or his company. Given this company behavior I had no choice but to give them this reviewed. I know if the customer service is bad before you give them your money it will not be good after they have it. Shame I wanted to use them based on initial impression.

He gave us a price when he inspected our home, stayed with that price, came when he said he would, was very thrifty in that he used two less packages of flooring than estimated saving us money, and did not need the quarter round, also saving us money. He also cleaned up everything when he was done. I was very impressed with the thorough work and attention to detail in the installation of our flooring, by caulking where needed, replacing the floor moulding properly and just his general good work ethic. Failed multiple inspections. Failed to properly lay underlayment, metal roof, prevent leaking from day one, caused extensive damage to my house inside and outside, including many cracked trusses. Refused to repair any damages, hire an engineer per FL building code but is capable of hiring Attys to defend himself. Complaints filed with Collier County, DBPR, and claim with his insurance. If you cannot find any complaints its because they are all covered up ... its amazing how the law protects what the public should be able to find. When hiring a roofer ... do not believe the 5 star reviews, the fact you cannot find any complaints in any county or on the states website ... dig deep and do your research. Just because a roofer has been in business for a long time does not mean they are reputable or do good work. Make sure you are getting the materials that you paid for. Hire an independent inspector, do not rely on the county to do a proper inspection for you. Most counties these days DO NOT get on a ladder. Its impossible to inspect a roof properly if they do not. The ONLY reason we caught everything we did is because I had to tear out my entire ceiling and my house is now gutted. Due to the ongoing leaking issues and Roman Roofing failed to tarp my roof, anything I was trying to save must now come out per the environmental testing report. I do not know how people like this sleep at night, knowing they have taken tens of thousands of dollars to repair a roof, have added hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional damages and just walk away thinking they do not have any responsibility to fix their damages.
