They also provided a small complimentary appetizer at the beginning. Food: we ordered off the menu (not buffet) and the food overall was quite good. Good portion sizes as well. Two of the meat dishes were more than enough for 4 individuals. See pictures. The food also isn't as oily as in other restaurants. People who placed order after me were getting it before. They should at least learn management skills and customer handling especially if you are giving out promotions. Also, mismanagement could have been avoided if orders were given out in sequence rather than giving out to staff's family and friends early. These people should have simple decency of providing good customer service as that is one of the reason which will increase your customers. If you can not handle too many orders at once then that's your problem not ours. And if you were really trying to give out the orders on time then we would have received our order in time frame provided by you. Even after waiting for this long, we are missing some items in our order and food is cold. They did not mark anything as well. We had ordered one non veg item roti and three veg which are not marked. Honestly just learn some customer service before working or opening a restaurant.
