made a Yelp just for this. come to learn my 2020 taxes were never filed, no trace of them. I was recommended by Jonathan Gonzalez, and my rep was Luis. voicemails always full, front desk pretends to take you seriously IF you get to a person, they hang up, email provided isn't valid, and the door is always locked. Cant get in touch with them at all. I'd also like to add that the owner Samantha Feinberg also works at the BBB by the looks of it, so already scummy. search this company on sunbiz.org! Filled out all of my forms wrong, Added my Childs name incorrectly, entered my address incorrectly, tells you he is in a meeting every time you call. Unprofessional. I now have had issues verifying my identity with the IRS due to all of his filing mistakes. I also paid him to balance my quickbooks for my business & also did not follow thru Please do not believe a word he says. Do not waste your time. read more

Save yourself the hassle and do not get any tax services from this unprofessional tax personal . First informales to get a hold in anyone in this office is Impossible. To get any updates on your taxes you won't get a call until months later. I did my taxes with Samatha the first time in 2023 and she put the wrong social and wrong routiing information, errors happen. I did my taxes again this year , I gave her my information Jan 2024 and she submitted in APRIL 2024. 4 months took her and her office to just file my paper work. This was me calling every single day to get an update. To top things off I recommend a family member ... she did their taxes guess what never submitted to IRS & now they have to pay a fine. DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY read more

Left my taxes for Samantha Feinberg to do and have received absolutely no response. Contacted the IRS with them telling me nothing has been filed at all; and here we are 4 months later and can't even get my w2 forms back. No one will answer the phone. Their mailboxes are full. I've emailed these people time and time again. And you'd think that supporting family of work friends would exempt you from this type of bad business... WRONG! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They will literally have your ass in hole. God forbid you're trying to apply for a school loan and can't because these people have your paperwork and don't want to give it back. Super unprofessional, extremely frustrating and they don't give a damn about any of their clients. I absolutely should have looked at the reviews before trusting them!!!! read more

I've been doing my Taxes with Samantha amd her team since 2016. Honestly, she is the best in Biz. My first year with her I had to catch up on 2 ueads.of return and one of those years I lived out of state. Not only was she able to get me up to date regarding my filing status but she also got me a great return. However, her one-to-one customer service care was unparalleled and simply amazing. She was very helpful, patient and made me feel like she truly cared about me and my situation. Since then I've been a loyal client to the company. Additional to her professionalism and welcoming customer care, her team is sound! They are beyond amazing individuals. Top notch Hospitallity Service and Quality Work. I am filing with them again this year. They are offering Virtual appointment services which I personally think is great considering the app is so easy to upload documents and communicate through and though I'll miss seeing the crew this year. This app is awesome for communicating and seamless thus far. Check them out- You won't be disappointed.
