I asked for extra sauce and cheese on my Margharita and Diavolo and they came out perfectly. I am not sure if they actually read my request for extra cheese and sauce on my delivery notes, but the Universe provided and it all turned out ok. The crust was crispy but not too dry, the ratio of toppings to crust was ideal, and all the toppings tasted nice and fresh. The only downside is they don't cut the pizza. Delivery was fast, but the guy didn't read any of my delivery notes to the driver explaining how to find my place. I guess he was in too much of a hurry? Also the tiramisu was transported in the insulated bag on top of the pizzas, so it melted a bit before it got here, and I'm sure the pizza also suffered a loss of heat as a result. I thought it was the driver's fault, but he blamed the restaurant. So at least he was good at covering his ass. The tiramisu had a weird texture to the non-cookie part, a little spongy, almost like they used some cream cheese in the marscapone layer, and it also was a little tangy, like they used some yogurt too. I didn't taste any alcohol, and the flavors were pretty simple. It was ok, but definitely not worth the price, since it costs almost as much as a delicious delicious pizza. I'll definitely order from them again, until they mysteriously disappear like so many Amsterdam restaurants do, or ban me from ordering there anymore because I love them too much and spend too much time camped out front in their proverbial bushes... that is if they had bushes in Amsterdam.
