WOW!!
Very unique Pizza experience here. The fried pizza is so different from any other pizza you find otherwise.
They basically spread out the dough, put the toppings on and then cover it with another piece of dough and then deep fry it in oil.
Kind of like a large calzone with a fluffy crispy exterior.
The dough actually looked quite small before being put into the oil but it turned out so large, we were surprised!
Very good value for money as well because it was just €5.5 for quite a large fried pizza contraption.
They offered a traditional but I'm not too much a fan of tomato sauce so I asked for a customized version - Buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, salami. Such a beautiful combination!
If not for the amount of oil, I would totally not mind having and dry thing by myself. read more
