That is absolutely NOT the case here. These steaks were of awesome quality. Served very rare sizzling on a VERY hot cast iron brick...you remove the steak onto a lower part of the plate, slice and place back on the brick to cook to your liking.
This quality of meat rivals or exceeds some of the best US steakhouses I've eaten in.
Very open floorplan so was a bit noisy, but still an excellent experience with clients.
