We got to the place and they told us there was no seating for the restaurant because the restaurant was "all booked up" for the evening and we couldn't reserve a table this evening. See the picture, it's entirely empty. I went online and they actually had two openings for time slots tonight so the hostess straight up lied to us. They sat us in the bar area and this over-glorified McDonald's burger was $17, plus $8 fries that you have to order separately. The bar area was more packed than the restaurant area because people kept coming in expecting to be seated without a reservation because they told us at the front desk that this place didn't require reservations. This is a HOTEL bar, an EXPENSIVE hotel bar. Hotel guests should be prioritized over locals sorry not sorry. In the very least, hotel guests shouldn't be screwed out of a restaurant table because they didn't know better to reserve a table in such an exclusive hot city of Bonn, Germany /s.

The waitress named Julia, asked me if I can leave a tip for her, I told her "no". She begged and asked why. I said "no" again because she was rude and impolite; then she went to the chief waitress and told something. Then the chief waitress came to me with a very violent manner telling me that I said "slut" to her waiter. It was funny but yes, unfortunately it just happened. I could not believe because I never used this word in my life. It took a long time for me to explain what happened in reality and that she might have lied but the behaviors of both of them were not very kind. She said that she was sorry but it was too late and in vain. We are their guests not their enemies. I would never advice this place, the manners of the staff are not friendly and never polite and they don't behave professionally.
