It came out thinner than I usually like my steak cut, so I was a little skeptical at first, but it was cooked perfectly and very tender. The gorgonzola on top made the dish. The flavors were incredible! The fingerlings were fine but forgettable. Didn't matter -- the steak carried the plate. I also had the side salad, which I almost didn't bother with, but as it turned out, the ranch dressing was scratch-made and they toss in thin-sliced green apple, which really elevated a simple side salad. Can't figure out why this place wasn't busier. Food and service this solid deserve a full room.
