And my favorite side were the onion rings! The staff was nice-- we upped the size on our fries from small to large, and they had no problem with it (we did this at the window). We took it to go, so I can't comment on the dining experience if you eat on site. But there is an outdoor covered patio. My only other comment was that they stuffed too much food into one bag. There were three of us, and they fit all three burgers and sides into one bag, so by the time we got back to the hotel, the burger all the way on the bottom was completely squished. We obviously still ate it, and it tasted fine, but was just a little sad looking. Next time I'm in Glenwood, I'll definitely be back!

It was also only about five minutes from our hotel, which made it a very convenient stop. The biggest downside was the number of flies outside. There were quite a few, but luckily we travel with a small fly fan, which helped keep them away. Other customers were asking the staff if they had fly fans for the tables, and it sounded like they were planning to purchase some, which would make a big difference. We ordered several cocktails, a flatbread pizza, and the fries. Everything was delicious! The drinks were well made, the food was really good, and the prices were reasonable. Our server was friendly, attentive, and never made us feel rushed, which we appreciated. Overall, this is a beautiful distillery with great food, excellent cocktails, and a welcoming, pet-friendly patio. If they can get the fly situation under control, it would be an even better experience.

The burgers were $15.95 each and didn't even come with fries. The fries were an additional $5, and sauces cost extra as well. Our total bill came to $81, which I thought was extremely expensive considering none of the meals included fries and even the sauces were an additional charge. The ordering process was strange from the moment we walked in, and the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The food came out fairly quickly, which was one of the few positives. The chicken sandwich was actually pretty good--I'd give it about a 7/10--and it was easily the best thing we ordered. Unfortunately, the turkey burgers were not good at all and lacked flavor. The chicken tenders were clearly frozen and did not seem homemade. The milkshakes were also disappointing and didn't taste like much. What really bothered me was the service. After realizing the burgers did not come with fries, I went to the front of the restaurant to ask if I could order some. The employee told me yes, but explained that orders had to be placed at the counter in the back. I immediately went to the back counter and waited. Both employees saw me standing there, but neither acknowledged me or offered to help. One employee was delivering an order while the other was simply standing there. After waiting about five minutes without anyone taking my order or even speaking to me, I finally left without ordering the fries or sauces. It was frustrating and made me feel completely unwelcome. Overall, I did not feel welcome, did not enjoy the experience, and would not return. The chicken sandwich was the only item I would consider ordering again, but unfortunately the food, service, and value just weren't there for me.

The fries are cooked to order in canola oil and just divine. They were salted well and a little thin but not matchstick small. The onion rings were the BOMB.
