Great places for a fresh breath of air or a smoke break. I've never had a bad time with the bartenders or bouncers. Drinks are solid and do the job. The music is typical bar music. You can definitely wait to hear a song you like. The atmosphere just isnt for me. It can be packed in Jo Cats and it still looks boring. We walked through the entire bar. Not a single song pulled us to the dance floor. I try to only come when there's no cover so I dont feel salty about wanting to leave.

If you're considering going to Duke's, don't bother. This place has completely hit rock bottom, and it's clear no one, especially the owner, gives a damn. Because the new owner's got other locations that funnel money into his pockets. So, your business means absolutely nothing to him. The atmosphere is nothing short of depressing. I could see that the burgers were pan burgers which means they were cooked in batches and set into a pan to make later for the customers as they were ordered. My burger was cooked to a crisp on a pathetic looking commercial crappy bun. My burger came with a choice of frys or tots and I choose tots. I really want to support the bar having the car show but this burger was not very good and probably one of the worst bar burgers that I have had.

Plus a really nice internet jukebox, which makes things extra interesting/fun. Luke played two Ghostface Killah songs just after some suburban kid played a rash of Metallica. Juxtaposition for fun and enjoyment! Nothing fancy, which is just the way I (generally) like it. Should you find yourself killing time in Butler for any reason, this is a solid place to do it.

For a neighborhood bar everyone was friendly and welcoming, no one of those click bars. I ordered a gin Rickey which is like over 140 years old and once popular but not today and I get the same confused look every time I order one. The menu is small and I will post a picture of it but I ordered the hot wings .75 cents with a minimum of 10, $7.50 is great for wings at this time in a restaurant. The wings are deep fried and finished off on the char grill, char grill is my favorite so I will need to try a cheeseburger next time. My wings looked good for a neighborhood bar that were medium sized so not tiny but not jumbo and just right. My wings were cooked perfect and still moist that were average so my favorite wing place is still safe. Overall it's a nice friendly bar that is definitely reasonable with two tall double cocktails and an order of wings for $19.50, hell some restaurants have wings for $16 on the menu now days. It's a great place to meet some new people and a conversations with new people. I would definitely go back again and I will.
