Here's why: -Coach John set me up for success. He pushed me to work hard, but never asked me to do anything dangerous or inappropriate for my skill level. His expertise seems to be a bottomless pit. I trust him to communicate with clarity and respect. -On Ramp was good value for my money. The price seemed steep at first, but the amount of quality personalized instruction I got was worth way more than I paid. Had I spent the same amount on a personal trainer at my neighborhood gym, it would have been far less instruction time. -They welcomed me like a friend. The staff takes a personal interest in all members and guests. They introduce members to each other. They ask for feedback. Nobody is just a customer. -The crowd is genuinely supportive and unpretentious. You will not find any walking CrossFit stereotypes here. No preening, judgmental, meatheaded cartoons either. -I am definitely getting stronger. And yes, I know it is not unusual to get good results when you change things up and get some coaching, regardless of your fitness program. But why not do this in a reliably positive environment if you can? -The women's locker room is terrific. Spotlessly clean, minimalist and airy, lighting good enough for subtle makeup application...this makes it so much better than many cluttered and so-called luxurious locker rooms I have used. The staff has always been friendly, and the atmosphere feels welcoming for families with young kids who are still getting comfortable in the water. The only thing holding this back from a five-star experience is the family area bathrooms. They aren't dirty, but they definitely need more frequent cleaning and restocking during busy toddler swim hours. With so many young families coming through, a little more attention there would make a big difference in comfort and overall impression. Still a solid place to bring the little ones for a fun swim -- just hoping the bathroom upkeep improves to match the rest of the experience. Price is okay for someone that only comes occasionally - but it's a good resource to have if you're local - Try them out!

I found this studio via ClassPass and LOVE coming here. I typically stick to the same class…read more(Tuesday morning with Tara) but I have tried others and have heard that ALL of their classes are wonderful. I love TRX so that is the class I stick too. I am the poster child for not being a morning person BUT I love waking up to start my day with a TRX workout early with Tara. Everyone has been going here for forever and they all know each other and their kids. Everyone is friendly and encouraging- very inclusive which is nice. The studio is family friendly and they offer a wide range of programs and challenges for the whole family. they encourage family activity which is so fun! I don't have kids but if I did I would definitely make attending a top priority for everyone. Tara is so sweet and is willing to stay after to help you if you want to focus on something additional or need help mastering a move. There is no pressure to be the best... she teaches you how to do the move, does them with you and is genuinely interested in YOU. Classes here make my week :) The studio is smaller and offers a lot of personalized attention, which is rare for a lot of places. Great for all levels.
