I have worked out at this gym for three years. Coaches come and go a little, but they are all so nice. A great place to gain strength.

How funny it is that if you use Google to look for boot camp definition the first link goes to this…read moreone: 1- A military training camp for new recruits. 2- A prison for youthful offenders, run on military lines. Which one do you belong to? I believe this generic terms in our modern life, AKA Internet, means more like a drill rather than a military one and you probably know better if you were in the Army however if you feel like you got a good work out this can make your day. Once again, Groupon brought me here as BFIT4LIFE offers 5am Boot Camp classes on M/W/F and for the price you pay you can't go wrong. In Chandler, you'll meet with Michelle at 5am or Dana any other days at 5:30am. The classes take place in two locations. Either The Bridge on Alma School road and Germann or The Training Zone on Arizona Ave and Ocotillo. The classes take place inside with a few runs outside to get some fresh air and recover. Both trainers know how to make you work hard equally and you get a good work out no matter what. Also, Dana makes sure to follow up with you concerning any issues or concerns you might have reported to her directly or indirectly which is good customer service. I like the fact that they are paying attention to proper form when you are not doing it right and that you get corrected to avoid injury and get the most of your time. The morning group is motivated and ready for more which is a good way to push yourself and I've seen my strength level and stamina increased after a couple of weeks. Once a month they have a PiloXing class which mixes Pilates and boxing. This class is not for everyone, either you like it or you don't. I'm the later. The concept sounds great however having done boxing and kickboxing for a while I couldn't reach my sweet cardio level spot making me feel left a bit on the edge of a disappointment. Good news though, you can get one week of free trial classes if you want to give it a shot, just check out their web site and their schedule, you might find something for you.

I came to boot camp with a pass I bought on groupon, I've been to several bootcamps over the last…read morefew years and this one is by far my favorite! I am impressed with the customer service, workout, and all trainers! In my first class I met the owner and she took the time to get to know me, my fitness goals, and my name! All the trainers refer to you by name, and push you to make the most of your workout. The workouts they design really work all parts of your body and attending 10 weeks in a row with only once per week I can see noticeable difference. Class sizes are small, they offer child care, and cost is affordable! If I wasn't moving I would sign up for a full year of camps, I will be watching for when they spread to west valley! I think what I find most impressive is the positive attitude. It would have been very easy to shun me off since they are probably not making any money off of me, however I have always felt welcome and the same as other non-grouponers. Since I cannot continue going to camp please take my place.

Beware! Extremely Pushy and Disrespectful Communication…read more on Sunday, 8/24/25 I showed some initial interest in their $79 deal online and almost immediately regretted it. Within five minutes, I received two phone calls, a voicemail from Ashley and a text message. I was busy at the time and didn't respond right away--yet about an hour later, they texted me again. I politely let them know I'd stop by on Thursday and requested that any communication happen between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Despite this clear boundary, they texted me again the following night at 9:30 p.m.--waking me up in the process--just to "follow up." This behavior felt invasive. It's incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful of people's time, and ultimately pushy to the point of discomfort. Because of how aggressively they pursued me, I've decided not to move forward with them. I do not recommend doing business with a company that doesn't respect basic communication boundaries. Completely distasteful experience. **Update - 8/26/25 Alicia Pretzer has now contacted me from a different phone number, after I explicitly asked to be removed from their system last night. I then called Alicia and expressed to her very clearly that this is harassment and she needs to stop contacting me. If this behavior persists, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I strongly urge others to be cautious--if you're just seeking information, be aware that you may be subjected to ongoing harassment.

Disappointed with Burn Boot Camp's Customer Service/Policies…read more I was really excited to try Burn Boot Camp after being an Orange Theory member for several years. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I signed a 6-month contract, but about a month in, I became unexpectedly ill and wasn't able to work out. I notified the gym, but it didn't matter, they continued to charge me and sent generic "we miss you" emails, which felt very impersonal given the situation. I accepted that I'd still need to pay out the rest of my contract, lesson learned. However, when my 6 months ended, they automatically rolled me into a month-to-month plan without my consent. I called and emailed to cancel, but got no response. After following up multiple times and forwarding my original email, someone finally replied and said I needed to fill out a separate cancellation request form. The entire process felt intentionally difficult. The lack of communication, empathy, and transparency was frustrating. Burn Boot Camp makes it very hard to cancel and doesn't seem to value customer service at all. I definitely would not recommend joining unless you're 100% certain you'll never need to cancel or pause your membership.
