I appreciate that he took his time and made small talk to make my kid feel comfortable (he's a pops himself he shared); he was super patient the whole time and when my kid would suddenly look a different way or keep shifting, he quietly worked with the flow! My kid can be sensitive but felt comfortable and calm sitting through a 45 min appt. To even help with the height/age diff from the usual client, at one pt Zack pulled together a custom sitting (skate)board on top of the booster seat pad to make sure he would be able to cut at the right height and angles.
