I guess this place doesn't greet their potential customers. I walked into the store and not one…read moreperson greeted me. One lady who apparently works there. Just gave me a dirty look and kept doing what she was doing. It wasn't until she walked behind the counter and starting putting stock away until I realized she worked there. I definitely will not be back and not spend any money there or recommend this place. I'm all for supporting small businesses but when you can't even acknowledge your customer. That is poor business practice.

I went to see Tom Huna at TEAM SPORTS and showed him one tee shirt from the discontinued supply now dwindling. In a short week he had replicated the design on to quality tee shirts and I was able to gift the shirts to my wife. Tom was great and the price was more than fair. Now I am looking to see what else I can buy from him.

My interactions with Inka first began when I reached out to get a quote. I was given a response in…read morea relatively fast manner and was met with professionalism. I ended up deciding to do my project with them and they were extremely helpful throughout the process. My project was for soccer club shirts, and it was very exciting to hear that the employees have children who play soccer as well. Not only were we able to get a very good price for our project, but we were also able to bond over our conversation of this amazing sport. I definitely recommend coming to Inka for any of your screen-printing needs!

The font and sizing did not match the photo I showed them or the mockup they created. They also did not contact me to let me know it was finished. I would've spent more money to get a new one done but I sewed my sash together myself and my graduation is this weekend. Pretty sad about that but oh well. I didn't tell them anything since I didn't see what it looked like till I got home.

When I picked them up today, there was no charge by the company. In fact, there was the bag of beautifullly and thoughtfully embroidered stockings and gift cards for Val and her family. I was in shock. I think I started crying and the owner gave me a hug. What a wonderful business this is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference.

We call to see where we were at as far as time frame and Gristle had told us she was going to start the next day as she just received a lot of work from another account.... When I was already first. I guess my 500 bucks wasn't enough to keep their attention so they called us later the afternoon after our I first initial call amd was told "yeah maybe you could go somewhere else". And we did gladly. Price was HALF of what this place was. In business word is bond. I don't like being fooled with when I have a business and a deadline but it happens sometimes. I've used Alpha Customs, LLC, for various design and printing projects and have always been…read moreextremely satisfied with the process and final product. The quality of their work, their professionalism, and their responsiveness is impressive. Juan Villareal, the owner, takes pride in printing as much as possible in-house here from their location in Coachella, CA, too, which is one of the reasons I like to use them. By being able to do much of the work in-house, he's able to save on time, which can sometimes be a deal breaker for me when working with other printing companies in the Coachella Valley who have to account for shipping time because they ship out the print work to fabricators instead of being able to do the work in-house. Alpha Customs has easily become the #1 local printing company I recommend to anyone.
