The font and sizing did not match the photo I showed them or the mockup they created. They also did not contact me to let me know it was finished. I would've spent more money to get a new one done but I sewed my sash together myself and my graduation is this weekend. Pretty sad about that but oh well. I didn't tell them anything since I didn't see what it looked like till I got home.

When I picked them up today, there was no charge by the company. In fact, there was the bag of beautifullly and thoughtfully embroidered stockings and gift cards for Val and her family. I was in shock. I think I started crying and the owner gave me a hug. What a wonderful business this is. When I dropped off the stockings, I told them why I was embroidering them; that my mom had gifted Val, her husband and kids stockings many many years ago, and they were burned up in the fire. People are good. So grateful to have found this gem of a business. They made a difference.
