Five Stars All Around!…read more From the moment you walk into this gorgeous spa, you know you're in for something special. The space is modern, serene, and immaculate--literally the definition of calming luxury. The entire experience felt like a decadent treat. We were pampered from start to finish. From the neck massage to the facial to the scalp treatments, all were equally incredible and so thoughtfully done that we left feeling completely renewed, inside and out. One of the coolest parts? The technology here is next-level. Everything is science-led and incredibly thorough. We learned so much about our scalp and hair follicles--things we never even knew we needed to know! Plus, Robi and Shelby gave us fantastic, personalized recommendations to keep our hair healthy at home. Every product they used was clean, high-quality, and thoughtfully selected. The care and attention to detail was obvious. And let's talk about Robi and Shelby themselves: absolute gems. So kind, skilled, and knowledgeable. They made the entire experience not just relaxing but truly enjoyable. The spa is run so smoothly and infused with so many nice touches. Huge congratulations to Raven for creating such an incredible business and a haven for self-care. Highly recommend to literally everyone with a scalp. Whether you're planning a chill couples day or a fun girls outing, do yourself a favor and book an appointment. You'll leave feeling refreshed, educated, and glowing.

I just had the best self~care experience!…read more I've been wanting to try out a 'head spa' for awhile now and when this one opened up in our neighborhood I was so excited! My husband bought me a gift card and I used it today. I feel SO good!! I won't share every detail because I don't want to ruin the surprise but ladies (and gentlemen) try this place when you're needing to relax‍ Leah is incredible. I learned so much today about scalp health and when she showed the image of mine under a microscope I was shocked (so gross). She taught me how to care for my scalp in the way I personally need to ensure healthy hair growth and maintenance. Facial, Massage, Styling and so much more. The inside is stunning and extremely calming Go check it out!

I am so thankful that we had cameras in the room so we were aware of what was going on. My father was only there for a few days, but many phone calls were necessary for him to get the care that he required. The LVN is not good and many basic instructions were not followed that were required for his care. It was one disappointment after another with this facility. The best people at Watermere are the sales people. They know how to sell the product well. But,…read moreonce you move in, you find out that a lot of it is window dressing. The apartments are nice, but the maintenance is lacking. Once you get there, you find out that most of the residents do not eat at Watermere. They go to the restaurants surrounding it. One of the reasons my father wanted to go to an independent living place was because he was tired of eating alone, so he found this disappointing. But, once you eat the food, you understand why most residents don't eat there. It is terrible, and they charge the residents high cost for the subpar food. They recently went to a flat fee for the meal. They often run out of something, but you are charged for the item in the large fee even though they ran out of something. I think the manager should be forced to eat it every day, maybe it would improve. There also seems to be turnover in upper management. They seem like they want to fix the issues but their hands are tied. This place has such potential but it just seems poorly managed. It's not cheap, so where is all of the money going?
