The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Huber checks in on my health every few weeks via text, which is a really nice touch. Once I spoke with my MIL after the visit she informed me he was denied the physical WHICH IS THE WHOLE REASON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. She had the doctor sign off on my paperwork stating they provided the shot records - THEY DID NOT - also signed off on him receiving a physical examination- HE DID NOT . I am very unhappy with the customer care that is being provided and I would like to know how ya'll plan on rectifying it . I appreciate the kindness of the scheduler who assisted me, but I was disappointed that no alternative solutions were offered, such as scheduling with another provider to help keep my care on track.
