This snake then turned it around on me. He became extremely condescending and rude. He insinuated that I do not know how to read. He made NO attempt to help me with my problem then hung up on me (really?). I called him back immediately and he refused to answer the phone(really?). Come on Craig, man up and answer the phone. Are you 12? I am surprised these people are still in business to be honest, Craig is obviously incompetent and a coward.
