The trees they planted were not the right species and they were planted wrong according to one of their crew members - the owner of company was going to charge me to re-do the work and at full price! The wife/owner was nice enough to take out the trees which were DEAD by July and the husband/owner never contacted me again. I treat my contractors very well and I was insulted after $ tips, great referrals, and great reviews that I made sure I provided, Frider (company owner) didn't come through for me. My response to comment below; FrIder stop. You knew we wanted evergreens and your only knowledgeable crew member who's worked in plant husbandry told your wife and me that the planting was not done right. You didn't manage this business relationship well.

I am more of a talker than a writer, but I will do my best. We have been a customer since spring. My husband randomly said, "we have a new landscaper". I thought to myself, whatever what else is new. I have a small yard but there are many different plants in the front yard which makes it challenging. Every year I am disappointed with past services because no one EVER weeds!!!! Even when I ask they never really work on the front. I came home from the first Dicenzo cleaning and thought WOW..... this looks great!! But still said nothing because just like maid services the first deep cleaning is alway great. Every other week they would come to the house and clean and OMG!!! I would say to myself-- These people are AMAZING!!! They are thorough, professional, kind, respectfully of your time, and ......DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE PRICE!! They are soooooo reasonable for the services you are receiving. When I am asked I have nothing but amazing to say. I wish you the same experience.

UPDATE(1 week later): After Jose and his amazing crew came to remove our boarder hedges, we had 3 different fences installed (stockade, picket and vinyl with double gates across driveway) and our deck stairs fixed. Jose offered suggestions and solutions, remained in constant contact with us during the many projects and even fixed my neighbors cracked post! He created an amazing new walkway to the new deck stairs and helped to install a small piece of lattice under the deck. He is legit a jack of all trades. I absolutely recommend Jose to anyone weary of picking a company for any of the services we have had completed. Not only will you get exactly what you envision, everything will be completed by a respectful and professional company.
