Going into my second season using this lawn care service and so far have been very satisfied…read more My first year calling them was because I did the math on just the "Scott's 4 Step" that I had been buying, lugging home, loading into a spreader and spending the time to get it all out down into the lawn and found that for the same price as that stuff - I could get less caustic treatment that is usually applied before I even leave for work in the morning! I know he was there because of the flag he leaves on my lawn! Anyone need a bag of Step 2 that I forgot to put down and found from 2 years ago in my basement?! Lol They fertilize, put down crab grass preventer, grub treatment, weed preventer, whatever your specific lawn needs. You can also add on flea and tick treatment as well as soil aeration (when needed). I always get a phone call the day before treatment - if you need to reschedule - you call back - otherwise, you are good to go! I only wish they gave 2 days notice - just so I could make sure the dog pooh situation is under control for the poor guy coming - but, I guess they are used to that?! The lawn already looks gorgeous this year (especially considering I have added a 2nd dog to the mix) and I am excited to see how it looks after another full year of care! They lose one star because you must mail in payment (they do not accept PayPal or have an online portal) ....but I did save $20 bucks off of the regular price by paying for the entire season in advance - which will also save me time, thought and stamps this summer! If you live in the Pawtucket / Rumford / EP / Seekonk area and want to improve your lawn without breaking your back or your bank - give GreenWorks a try!

My lawn looked worse than it did after just two applications. They would not refund my money so I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. The owner doesn't get back to you , it only after I call numerous times to get him to finally get back to me. So long Green Works.... Good Riddance
