The adventure started with me asking for a water and the waiter declaring that they would charge 10-70 cr for such and couldn't serve tap water. So I declined any drinks here. Second attempt was met with the same outcome. The pasta was not homemade, but store bought. The meat sauce had kind of a different, heavy taste to it, one I can't quite describe. While it was acceptable, hardly amongst the better I've sampled. The restaurant at 6:30pm remained empty. They didn't know what crushed red peppers are upon requesting such. My credulity is stretched as if you don't know what these are yet claim to serve pasta as they do(?), something is wrong in Denmark (pun intended). This is a tourist oriented restaurant and just isn't worthy of the high star level its reviews reflect. Overall an unpleasant experience.

In that moment I lost trust, before my main dish even arrived. When the carbonara did arrive , to my extreme disappointment it literally had no flavor what so ever. It almost goes without saying at this point, but the food was excellent. 8 dishes, the only choice, were almost all perfect. They were all delicious and incredibly unique. From Spanish to Pakistani, they didn't try to do anything else than deliver 100% in taste. I can and will recommend this place to all - casual excellence at its best!
