I also liked that I called at 8 am, and by 2:30 pm, I had a new hot water heater installed. I don't think I received the best "deal" I could get on the water heater. I could have saved some bucks. However, with this installation, I received a 10-year warranty from the company, and they will come out and service the water heater for a small extra amount. My installer was Jaime V., who had great knowledge and a friendly attitude. He caught a small leak in his work and fixed it. As we all know, some would have just left; however, Jaime wanted to leave with everything fixed. I have had this water heater for just a few hours. If something in the future causes me to change my opinion, I will update the review.

We did not personally hire them as they were hired by our condo association and the condo property manager. Also, they tried to say the washer connection and pipes were installed incorrectly and charged us $1,000.00 dollars to correct them. After a second opinion, we were informed that nothing was wrong with the connection or pipes. This gave a red flag to us. We feel this company is not trustworthy. About a year ago I switched from another company because my AC wasn't working and it was extremely hot. It stopped working at 4:30 in the afternoon. I tried calling a couple of companies and no one answered and then I tried Certified. Someone answered the phone immediately and when I told them I was not a customer but had no AC they told me someone would be there as soon as possible. I called them back when I noticed a few minutes later that there was water leaking from a part of the machine. They informed the tech about my problem and stayed in touch with me about his arrival time. He was here by 6 and worked until everything was complete. I had them here a few more times and was very pleased with their technicians and their prices. I was also impressed that their customer service manager, Brandon Murphy, has also been a big help to me. I had a question about one of the charges I paid when they had sent someone out. I reached out to him because I just didn't have a good feeling about the necessity of sending out someone for a question I called the office with. Brandon agreed there shouldn't have been a charge. Within a couple of days I had a credit to my charge account. It is so nice to finally find such a good company in such a competitive industry. I truly believe that these people are not all about the money. They care about providing great service and treating the customers with respect. If you do that right, everything else will follow. My AC wasn't cooling properly. A tech came out and told me the TXV needed to be replaced. (Getting…read morea quote was like pulling teeth). I had the part replaced yesterday at a price of $1,355.00. The problem was not fixed. After a second tech was dispatched, and I was told I need a new compressor at the price of $2,313.00 (and that is with the part still under warrant). And they suggest I replace all of my duct work. Why wasn't the compressor identified as an issue BEFORE I replaced the TXV? First and last time I call them. I still don't know who to refer friends and family to, but I sure as hell know who to tell them to avoid.
