Their ten emerging artists are widely reputed throughout Canada and are growing in international acclaim, some having shown in the United States, Japan, Germany, England, France and the Netherlands. Jeremy Hof, one of the artists represented by Blanket, is the 2008 winner of RBC Canadian Painting Competition, with another being shortlisted. Bijal is a wonderful art teacher and I really enjoyed learning the basics of Lino printing from her. A cool place at Granville Island to explore your creativity and share a little craft time with friends. Do remember to scan and pay for parking - the days with free parking spots available on Granville Island after 6pm seems to be over.
