She saw in the notes that I was there for a specific brand so she directed me to their dresses right away. I told her what my vision was and that I had a dress that I think I want, and she recommended another off the rack option from the brand that fit the bill. She verified when my wedding was given it was only a few months away and before anything, confirmed that we were still in the timeframe of receiving it in time since they were made to order. It was great because it was really respectful of my time, in case it wasn't an option for me anymore. Luckily, it was! She was super sweet throughout and helpful in walking me through my options. The follow through was the disappointment. Although everyone was measured a lot of the sizes were wrong when it came to trying on the suits. The shoes were the wrong color and had to be changed. A couple people asked for "skinny" pants because the casual fit is way too baggy which they said they would do but on the day of pick we were told they didnt have any available. The father of the quincenera who arranged this whole event asked for skinny pants from the very first day that we chose outfits which was well in advance and he still didnt get what he requested and ended up canceling his rental. I couldnt get skinny pants either but wasnt told until day of pick (as were others including my son). Somehow my white button up that i tried on didnt make its way into the garment bag and i ended up having to buy one from Old Navy. You would think they would have seen it hanging there and would have called me back. To top it off they ended up giving me size 13 shoes instead of 12! I went to the party in clown shoes. I think they just didnt have my size available and didnt say anything and just chose the next size up. Overall bad experience when it came down to actually getting out rentals. They over promise and you dont get what you hoped or asked for. Oh...and not only were the vests a different color than what was picked out for the "uncles" matching suits but they got ties instead of bow ties. And all I got from having to wear clown shoes and buy a button up was a simple sorry. Sorry doesnt cut it when trying to look your best and paying $200 for a suit rental. I should have pieced together a discount suit for the price that would fit better. Only reason I didnt was because the plan was to have everyone match.

I sent them over an inspiration photo of a bouquet I was interested in for a loved one of mine in Tijuana & they were able to recreate it just right. I also want to mention that they make beautiful floral arrangements/bouquets at great prices!!! I have absolutely no complaints on quality & their customer service. Since I am in the States & my loved one in Tijuana I had to have the bouquet delivered to my loved ones home & they were able to do so for a small additional fee but it was so worth it. Once you decide on the bouquet/floral arrangement that you want they will have you give them basic info like contact info for the receiving party, address, & the message on the card. I also asked them to please keep me up to date regarding when they were to deliver the bouquet & they did! They texted me & sent me a photo that they successfully delivered them to the address I had notated to them in detail (since i thought the address was difficult to get to) All in all- if I could give them 100 stars then I would! I have sent many family members here for work as complicated as wedding dresses to things as simple as pant hemming and they have quickly become our go to seamstress! This is a small business so I can get pretty busy especially in a small shop and they have primarily Spanish speaking seamstresses but you can't beat the price and the amazing work they do. Even if you don't speak Spanish, they will try their best to communicate, and nothing some Google translate can't help with. I will say the only downside is they don't contact you when your alterations are ready but they are on time with the dates the originally give you and you can call to get updates.

However, this was a special moment for my daughter and I was so happy to be included. Mom was at the helm of it all, but I was very honored to have been included in the final decision! Plus, I paid!!! Overall, the service provided by the staff was nothing less than exceptional! Staff were friendly, amicable, and very helpful throughout the process. Eventually, she found the dress she wanted and boy were we wowed! Simply gorgeous! My only gripe would be that all dresses are FINAL SALE and they do not place any dresses on hold (not even for 24 hrs).
