Very pleasant experience from the call to the finished work…read more Jay(the plumber) explained everything before each step to fixing the issue. I was given fair prices for the repairs that were needed, and given a choice to replace or reuse the same toilet. Jay did a great job, he even cleaned the floor when he finished. I will recommend Mom and Pop Plumbing to all that need a good honest company!

We called Mom and Pop and I had asked if they were going to start the job the day the came out for…read morethe estimate, and she said as long as we accepted the estimate, they would start. They sent Jay out. He said he'd be back in a couple days. Made no sense that he didn't want to do it that day. Other than he didn't know what he was doing. We had quite a few jobs but before he even started, he said the standard faucet hole in our countertop was too small. After he left, my husband looked at the new faucet. He was trying to fit the whole sleeve into the faucet hole. They were going to charge 2200.00 for plumbing the kitchen sink ( we needed new shut off valves and drain pipe connections), a bathroom faucet, kitchen faucet and two leaky outside spigots. It was obvious he was unsure of himself, so he left without doing anything. We called Brian from Coastal Plumbing. He did all that we needed and then some for 700.00.

I almost had a heart attack when this happened. That cost me $1,400.00. I had the 2nd leak in our bedroom shower and found 2 plumbers from the internet request. The first one wanted me to send him a picture of the fixture and he may get back to me by next week. NOT! I received a call from Tim from Georges plumbing. Great guy once he got my Irish name pronounced correctly. Not only did he show me how to fix these fixtures in the future, but he also noticed that our filter and pressure bladder were shot. To make a long story short, he and Dave replaced the filter, pressure bladder and fixed the shower head with not only a great attitude, but with many years of experience and speed. They also charged a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this team as they did excellent work. My name is Paul O'Flaherty and you can call me for a reference anytime at 860-933-5051.
