They also recommended another of their vendors for the food and wait staff and I paid a little more for their services in the set up of my own and very specific decoration. My wedding was very DIY, I am so grateful for their superior service in making sure every detaile looking great! I gave them a plan and little sketches of what I wanted (I was very demanding). A week before the event I dropped off all my decorations. On the day of, my now husband met with them, he told me Roger was incredibly professional and gave him a rundown of what needed to be done and asked a few questions to make sure everything was getting done. They brought two ladies from what we gathered this is a family ran business... the two ladies (aunt and niece) moved very fast and added their special touches to my decoration. This was a big concern for me, since I wanted the pictures to look fabulous! The food was SO GOOD!!! (I'm going to their website next to post a review). To tell you the truth, I was so overwhelmed with everything else that the food was not my main priority and Betty Bu made it very convenient by offering this too. To my surprise, my guests enjoyed their delicious big portions of food...many of them eating more than twice! I had beef tenderloin, green beans, skin potatoes, and comes with salad and bread. I did not get a cake with them, instead I did cupcakes from my favorite place. Thank God my tablecloths matched and were in mint conditions. The utensils and plates were clean and in good condition, too. The wait staff was friendly, very professional and clean looking. We hired two waiters and one bartender. I could have been okay with the one bartender and one waiter because less than 45 people showed up to my wedding (Originally 55 guests). They still managed to stay busy and keep the place clean. They surpassed my expectations. I would use them again in a heart beat, specially since now I see how detailed they are.
