I feel like not enough balloons were added to cover the pole and the bottom end that holds the arch nothing was added to cover them and they were scratched up, old and exposed, I didn't like that. At the end of the day, the lady couldn't make it back to the park and asked me to disassemble the arch with the tubes and the vases and pick it up take it to my house. The following day after I contacted her in the afternoon and asked her are you coming today to pick up everything, she finally did. Overall everything just felt like a mess, a bad experience, unorganized, bad time management, should've put more work on her arch to make it look nicer.

I was disappointed because the pattern I selected and wanted informed the color choices of the rest of my decor for the party. The owner was absolutely insistent upon making it right. He drove 45 minutes back to the linen vendor, changed the table cloths for my original selection and drove back to my home. He also comped the restocking fee since it was his error. The rep from JW Marriott got involved and when I finally was able to talk with Ana again (about 2 weeks before my wedding) she told me that the linens I picked wouldn't work for my layout because the fabric was too thick. ((((AAAAGGGHHHHH)))) Could she have told me that months before when I sent her the layout? It was madness... went back to her store... and finally found something I ended up liking even more than my original selection.
