I have had blow outs with Michael and Sandra. Both are wonderful. Both Michael and Sandra pay close attention to detail. They really take their time blow drying and flat ironing until they obtain the results that you want. I have also done a Botox treatment for calming down hair frizziness. Today, I cut my hair with Sandra and she asked me every step of the way how much I wanted to cut without cutting willy nilly and me being upset with the results afterwards. Larisa did my root touch up and took on her next client. When my hair was ready, her assistant rinsed my hair. Next, toner was applied and I sat with this until ready, then was rinsed. I was taken back to Larisa's chair, thinking the next step would be the blow dry. At this point, Larisa said "you are ok to leave with it wet". She then said that I didn't schedule an appointment for the blow dry. I told her that I didn't know I had to schedule for the appointment, but it was scheduled - and I told her they even left a message for me about the 2 appointments back to back. I have included a photo of a text screenshot that they also sent me for my appointment. My hair is very thick and wavy (probably why she didn't want to do it) - and I also believe, because she was not done with her other client that she was working on at the same time, she tried to say, it wasn't scheduled. She did not make a suggestion to work it out (maybe her assistant could do the blow dry, for example) - she preferred for me to leave with wet hair and on to my work appointment. She also made me feel very uncomfortable with a couple of comments that weren't very nice. I went to pay for my appointment and "she said $190, but we will give you a Mother's Day Discount". I commented about the cost without a blow dry and she said that it's been 2 months, so it's right. It was actually less than 2 months. At this point, it wasn't worth the discussion with her. So, I paid $171, plus her tip and her assistant's tip. The total was over $200 for a basic root touch up/toner - and no blow dry. Overall, this was a super uncomfortable experience.

Didn't end up doing it. Gave me some half assed massage and boom it was done in 11mins. Damn. Nails are a hot mess. Super thick and uneven. It was $45 down the tube.
