On the occaisions when i've had a package delivered whilst out of the house, they have always left a detailed card explaining of their failed delivery. When collecting packages from their building, the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. In comparison with other couriers, they have been very speedy in finding and sorting out my packages. On the first occaision I visitied, I arrived at the building fairly late not knowing where reception was located. A helpful delivery driver went out of his way to park up and leave his van to come and help me out, he was chatty, friendly and very helpful. I'd have no hesitation using them in future or recommending them to others.

WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY This was my worst experience with…read morea carpet cleaning service. The cleaners arrived 2.5 hours later than the agreed time. The quality of the cleaning is terrible - the carpets are still dirty. The cat hair that I was promised would be removed was left in wet clumps all over the house. The carpets under the table and behind the doors in the rooms were not touched at all. A 3 bedroom house with carpets everywhere except the kitchen and bathroom was 'cleaned' in less than 30 minutes!? When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of cleaning, they were rude to me, yelled at me that it took them a long time to get to me, refused to correct the situation and just left. A so-called 'discount' of £25 for this quality is totally unacceptable. I have regretted 100 times falling for the good reviews of this company. Perhaps they have other staff who do their job with integrity, but I was not so lucky to meetthem. Even after they left, when the carpet had dried a bit, I used a regular vacuum cleaner and picked up as much dust as usual. Moreover, there are some new stains on the dried carpet. I still don't understand what I paid money for??? P.S. When I left a negative review about them, instead of apologising, they blocked me on FB.

Two knee length dresses still had stains on both the inside and outside, to which the assistant stated "we don't look on the inside or clean them", despite paying £12 per dress. The steaming was of such poor quality that the inner lining was hanging below the outer dress. When I complained stating I was unhappy with the service the assistant repeatedly shouted at me and threatened to call the police on me. At no point was I rude or aggressive, I was simply asking for a refund for a poor service. The assistant has both poor dry cleaning skills and customer service skills I would really recommend that people avoid this business. There are more reputable dry cleaning services in both Royton and Lees who offer an exceptional service.
