Hired a skip from these guys, drawn in by the price, but seriously please avoid them. Originally complained I hadn't told them to reverse up the road upon arrival, last skip company I used (arthurs) was much more professional and their driver managed to work out a dead end road. Don't know why these guys couldn't. Was then seemingly encouraged to be done with it and ring them as soon as possible so they could collect it when I was done with it. A week later tried to contact them regarding a pick up, my dodgy phone line meant I ended up sending a text about it which their website advertising you can try. This was completely ignored, The following Tuesday I contacted them again and was told they would pick it up asap and to leave my car clear of it. Nothing on Tuesday, called again on wednesday, apparently not in the area, didn;t believe them but what can I do. Called them today this Thursday, now in addition to the ultimately rude attitude every time I call them, and was told the more we pestered them the less likely they would be to come and get it. Absolutely terrible customer service, how they have been in business 25 years astounds me. Please do not use these people. They don't even provide proof of the skip hire and I highly doubt I actually have the road permit for the skip that I thought I had . One star as the previous reviewer said is way too high of a score, for the price, it seems like a good deal, but it will probably be the worst money you ever spend. read more
