Yelp reviewers were right about this place -- clean, nice job, friendly staff, and prices were very comparable to other nail salons! The owner, Lana, was there and was super friendly. I had to wait about 10 minutes (as I did not have an appointment), but I didn't mind as I was not in a rush and it gave me time to look for my nail polish colour. She also offered me some tea or water while waiting, which I declined since I wasn't thirsty at the time. The girl who did my manicure, Noewa, did an excellent job and didn't rush at all. During my manicure, Lana came back to ask if I wanted tea or water this time, and I happily took a cup of tea, which was so nice! Just before my nails were done, I overheard Lana ask Noewa (in a motherly way) if she had taken a break and to get something to eat. If you ask me, that's a nice boss to have, making sure her staff gets the proper treatment! I'm not sure if these 2 ladies were related, but it was still a nice thing for Lana to do. To top it off, they have a stamp/loyalty card, which gives you $5 off after your 5th and 10th visit. This is the only nail salon I've been to that has a stamp card on top of their usual discounts/deals during the week. I will definitely be coming back!!

My nails used to be thin & brittle but with their care it is strong and able to grow so long that I had trouble typing on the my phone. Their stylist are also very attentive in detail as well. The nail salon was packed with customers getting their manicures and pedicures when I entered the store. I was walked to the back of the store to a room with three beds. One bed had a customer getting her lashes done. The other two beds were set up for the head spa experience. I had booked the elite wellness head experience. I was assisted to change into a spa towel with the staff holding a blanket up to cover me from the other people in the room. I would have preferred curtains and hope the store will eventually install some curtains between the beds. The customer getting her lashes done finished shortly after my service began. The head spa experience was quite relaxing. My scalp enjoyed a thorough cleansing and massage. The aromatic products used added to the experience. The experience included my ears washed (I was surprised but did not mind), a face mask, and my neck, shoulders, back and arms massaged. Massage style was Asian style is the best way I can describe it. Hot towels were used to wipe the oils off my arms after the arm massage and then my arms were towel dried. Lastly, my hair was blow dried and finished off with a hair spray. I noticed my scalp felt really clean afterwards. The price point was great especially when there is a promotion this month. Also, not many places offer the hair spa experience in Surrey so this is good alternative than having to go all the way to Richmond or Vancouver.

I have been looking for a good nail salon in Surrey/Langley and I'm so happy to come across Adora Nails. Their price is good - you don't feel like you are getting over charged at all. In fact, if you are used to downtown Vancouver prices, you almost feel like you're getting too good of a deal! Most importantly, from my experience, they do nails well. Everyone has their nail salon go-to place and I think I finally found mine! I have been a regular customer at Pro Nails since they opened. I live in Quail Ridge and like to support the local businesses. There was absolutely no issues with my toenails when went to Pro Nails for a routine pedicure. The nail technician cut the nail of my right big toe quite short and when I left it was painful. That evening it got progressively sorer and by the next day the toe was very infected and it was painful to walk in shoes. I was extremely upset, I have been getting pedicures for the past 30 years and never had an issue. I soaked my foot and used an antibiotic cream on the toe and by the 2nd day it was healing however still infected and sore. I dropped by Pro Nails to let them know that after my pedicure my toe had become infected. They totally denied having anything to do with the infection and told me that I had an ingrown nail and to go see a Dr., they did not take any responsibility whatsoever for the infection that was a result of the pedicure I received. I don't have an ingrown nail, I have an infection caused by the pedicure I received at Pro Nails which they 100% denied.
